This company operates under Sima Resources, Alma Resources, Lynk Capital and so many other names. They are a very bad company that recently said they would buy my house and lied. I have gathered a lot of info on this company and will do everything I can to educate people on how to stop these house for cash scammers. Call me at 346-342-0062 if you had issues with Stacy Spiers, Jeff Levine, Sita, Brenda, I am thinking of a class action suit on them. The Board of Realtors and the Barron County WI DA has all the paperwork they requested to stop companies like this.
