Within 15 minutes, Joe arrived, took one look at the lock and dismissed it as a cheap imitation of a Schlage lock. I couldn’t believe I had spent so much money on a worthless lock. Joe, however, put me at ease and promised to replace the lock with a genuine product. It’s been 3 months, and the lock works flawlessly. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to write one for Murray UT Locksmith Store. And while I might just be adding on to the humongous pile of praises and appreciation they’ve already received, it’s only right to share my incredible experience with them.
I needed a spare key. I know that a local hardware shop could have helped me with it, but the only problem was, it was 10:30 pm and all the shops were shut. I had to leave town urgently the next morning and I needed a spare to hand out to my neighbor to let the maintenance workers in. Literally, every 24-hour locksmith I called seemed to either deny service, or didn’t pick up my call – that is, every locksmith but Murray UT Locksmith Store! Dave arrived in less than 15 minutes and being a complete pro, he handed out the copy key in minutes.
