Writing this review just after getting fitted with a brand new deadbolt by DeSoto TX Locksmith Store. As stated on the phone, they came within 20 minutes. The technician was very friendly, quick with the job and charged me a reasonable fee. Wish I’d found them sooner! I called DeSoto TX Locksmith Store up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer. Sure enough, he got there within five minutes and took a few more minutes to unlock the door. Seriously impressed with their fast service!
