I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Two Men and a Truck for my recent move, and I must say that it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I feel compelled to share my negative experience to warn others considering their services. First and Foremost, the efficiency of the move was abysmal. The movers were unreasonably slow, wasting time and prolonging the entire process. It was evident that they lacked the necessary professionalism and urgency required for a smooth relocation. My belongings were mishandled, and the entire process seemed disorganized, leading to a frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged moving day. I hired 3 men thinking that it would go much quicker than it did. They also came with no tools to take beds apart or put them back together. I even called a half-way into the move to complain about the slow moving gentlemen and that only made it worse. To add insult to injury, one of my TVs arrived at my new home damaged. Fragile items were carelessly handled, and furniture suffered scratches and dents. The lack of care and attention to detail displayed by Two Men and a Truck is unacceptable and has resulted in both emotional and financial stress for me. I attempted to address these issues with the company's customer service, but I was met with indifference and unresponsiveness. Their lack of accountability only further exacerbates the negative experience I had with them. I finally received a check for the 55" TV they broke in the amount of $285 because they made me pay for their $150 deductible out of my portion of the claim. In conclusion, I strongly advise against using Two Men and a Truck for your moving needs. The combination of exorbitant pricing, slow and inefficient service, and the damage to my property has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reputable and customer-focused moving company for a smoother and less stressful moving experience.
