I applied for a loan last Tuesday 6/12/18. I have 2 accounts, I made a mistake and put American heritage bank down and police and fire account down. This company called both banks to verified if I received the money or not and if my police and fire was accurate. Both was accurate but didn't received the money. I called everyday to see if the money has returned and with attitude, I was told they didn't receive it back. The staff was very nasty to me and had a nonchalant attitude because it was my fault but they didn't take in consideration the emergency that I had. This company made me feel discriminated against and lied to, I was very disappointed with the services.
