Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly. He also observed a problem with the doors and noticed that they weren’t aligned right, so he even set that straight. Everything works without a hitch now, all thanks to Eric. Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Forest Grove, OR 97116. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis.
