Fantastic service and served with a smile! I accidentally locked myself out of my home and I wished more than ever, that none of my neighbors spot me. If I had to sum up my experience with State Locksmith Services in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called State Locksmith Services on 386-463-0031 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Once I’d moved into a new home, the sheer excitement of it all washed away other critical matters that had to be taken care of. I had asked nearly every hardware and locksmith store in New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 for a copy of the key I had, but no one agreed to take up the job. One store recommended that I call State Locksmith Services for advanced key cutting jobs. I texted the technician a picture of the key and he said it could be done. He arrived at my place, and worked out of his van to make the key in less than 10 minutes. Thank you guys! First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by State Locksmith Services was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in New Smyrna Beach that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock. I lost the combination to my office safe and there were important files locked within that I needed to present to my boss by noon. I made it quite clear that I couldn’t schedule another date if they missed this appointment. I was leaving for town the next morning and before I left, I needed a new lock on my front door. However, the locksmith didn’t show up. Thankfully, despite not making an advance appointment, Anderson form State Locksmith Services somehow managed to squeeze me into his schedule and got there within half an hour. Good service! He discussed all the options with me before proceeding and also explained the difference between my old cylinder lock and the one he was installing ( without me asking).
