I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! I called up Galaxy Locksmith Store to take a look at my malfunctioning lock. Here’s my take on them: Response time: Quick. The technician got there in about fifteen minutes after placing the call Quality: Well, John fixed it in minutes and I haven’t faced trouble with it ever since, so yes, he did a really good job. Price point: This is where Galaxy Locksmith Store shines! Rates are really low and are easily the lowest in Oxnard. I know this because I’ve tried out nearly all other locksmiths in the area. My verdict: Thumbs-up!!! Will definitely call them again and recommend the same to all!

Not a great fan of locksmiths! When you’ve been tricked into buying unwanted stuff, charged $250 for opening up a locked car or reduced to waiting for hours for the person to get there, I’m sure you’d share the same feelings I used to! But Galaxy Locksmith Store does have a way with its customers! When I was locked out of my home and I’d exhausted all my other options, a friend passed on their number 805-265-9820 to me. I called them up, a small part of me hoping that these guys would be a little different – and they were! I barely waited ten minutes when a locksmith reached my location and sorted out my issue! They charged me $55 and were off! Wow! What’s my opinion of locksmiths now? Still not a great fan unless it’s someone from Galaxy Locksmith Store! Easily the best locksmith company in Oxnard… try them out once if you don’t believe me!

I have a million reasons to be grateful to Joe! The dedication he shows and his skill is something other locksmiths in Oxnard ought to take a cue from. I was on my way to the neighboring locality from Oxnard when a short break I took spelled out doom for me. I’d inadvertently locked the keys in the car and there was not a soul in sight who could give me a ride or get assistance. After dialing the dozenth number, there was absolutely no locksmith who was ready to get there for assistance. While a few stated that they’re closed for the day (it was 10:00 pm), others bailed out stating serviceability issues in the region. I was ready to replace the entire lock, which would have obviously cost me a lot of money, but Rob figured out a cheaper, more effective alternative and saved me big bucks. Honest advice and excellent service. That’s something that will make me go back to them any time I need a locksmith’s assistance in Oxnard. Five stars all around!

Super fast service (got there in 15 minutes) and the technician from Galaxy Locksmith Store could not have been nicer. He was extremely friendly and highly talented. Made having to pay for the stupid mistake of locking my keys in the car seem a little less painful. He didn’t even charge me any convenience fee, or late night charges. Highly recommended! Galaxy Locksmith Store is absolutely the best! This is the second time I’ve worked with them and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 805-265-9820. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock.
