I thought it would take forever since I knew how modern cars were – you needed to not just cut but also program the keys. The technician from Super Locksmith Services, James I think, really knew his stuff. He had this fully equipped workshop in his van that allowed him to make a key onsite. The technician arrived within 20 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. There were some adjustments to be made on the fly, but Kevin didn’t charge us anything extra for additional labor. The new locks and fixed door knobs work perfectly and better than they ever did – and it’s all thanks to Kevin.
