PHENOMENAL!!! I just don’t think there’s another word that befits the description of what Metro Locksmith Services is all about! Don’t know which is better, their services or the low rates at which they offer them.. My daughter ended up locking herself out of our home (for the umpteenth time) only last week. As usual, I asked her to wait it out at her aunt’s by the time the guy I usually called got there. Despite waiting for two hours, he wasn’t there. After endless follow-up calls he flatly told me that he couldn’t make it cos he was on the other side of the town. Infuriated beyond words, I looked online and found Metro Locksmith Services. These guys had amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. Within ten minutes, someone from Metro Locksmith Services reached the place and my daughter was back inside in no time. And the best part was the price!!! I was charged half of what I’m usually charged by other locksmiths. David even suggested installing a smartphone operated smart lock owing to the remarkable track record my daughter had when it came to losing keys! I scheduled an appointment for the installation the very next day. Who wouldn’t? Conley is extremely fortunate to have Metro Locksmith Services… 10 on 10 for service and prices! CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Metro Locksmith Services was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in Conley charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Metro Locksmith Services my go-to locksmith! 10/10

I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Metro Locksmith Services! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? I should have probably called Metro Locksmith Services first like my fiancé recommended! But I chose to trust a neighbor instead who suggested that I call the guys from the locksmith store down the road. After wasting over 3 hours of my time, they’d only managed to get half the job done and said they’ll come the next morning to finish up the rest. Seriously? Was I supposed to a half installed door hanging wide open with no lock on it? To top it off, I had to pay them two-hundred bucks for doing a botched-up job. I’ve tried just about every other locksmith in Conley, but no one could match the competence of Metro Locksmith Services. Their mobile services are a boon, especially for working professionals like me, who don’t have the time to make frequent trips to the locksmith store. All issues are resolved onsite. A lot of people had access to my keys and I had to rekey the locks frequently. A technician from a local store suggested that I buy a DIY rekeyable lock to save money – and it was the biggest mistake I made. My house was broken into soon thereafter and I lost a lot of valuables. I hired Metro Locksmith Services to consult. According to Joe, such rekeyable locks don’t stand a chance against burglars. His suggestion: get a keypad lock, and share the code with those you need to provide access to. Wish I had hired them earlier and received this excellent advice!
