Locksmith Solution Services is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Locksmith Solution Services’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Channelview (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Locksmith Solution Services was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. They were right on time and carried out the assessment in an organized manner.
