I called Super Locksmith Services to know their prices and this company responded back within minutes with a reasonable price!! I got an appointment fixed at such short notice! The technician who arrived, Johnson I think, was very courteous and completed the job very quickly. When the bill was handed out, I was in for a huge surprise. Rarely, do locksmiths stick to the original price. They almost always find reasons to add up extra charges to the bill. Super Locksmith Services rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway. It was dark and when I heard a thud, I thought I’d hit something, and stepped out to check. Turns out, it was only a rock. Relieved, I turned to my vehicle and fumbled for the keys in my pocket. That’s when it dawned on me – I didn’t take them out in the first place! And sure enough, it was still in the ignition. Furious with myself, I did what any sane person would do in such a situation – call for help! I’ve been calling Super Locksmith Services for locksmithing work for years, and I wasn’t sure if they were even available at such an odd hour. Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Super Locksmith Services. Despite John from Super Locksmith Services insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Cicero….

After a fall-out with my neighbor whom I’d once entrusted with a spare set of keys, I needed to get the locks rekeyed right away. It was the weekend and most firms in Cicero, IL didn’t have technicians available. But Super Locksmith Services managed to send assistance right away, despite being extremely busy. The technician, Ed, got there within fifteen minutes and rekeyed the lock quickly. He also noticed that the door was slightly off-track and set it right for free. Managing the keys was getting hectic and it wasn’t long before someone managed to sneak off a key from the key bunch and use it to gain access to the storage area. I needed a solution and called up Super Locksmith Services for the same. Ronnie was very helpful and listened keenly to my requirement. He provided two options: install keyless locks or rekey to a master key system. I didn’t really have the budget to replace all the locks in the property with the digital ones and so I told him to go ahead with the second option. From 24 keys, the number was brought down to 3 with one master key that operated all the locks. Ronnie even installed a key safe to ensure there is no key theft in the future.
