Metro Locksmith Services is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Metro Locksmith Services’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Fairport (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access.
