The technician I’d called earlier said it couldn’t be done and tried to upsell me on other products, but I didn’t buy it. Johnson from Lock Safe Services, however, felt my locks were perfectly fine and with a rekeying done they could last a few more years. As unnerving as it was, I knew there was no point panicking and started calling various locksmiths in Norfolk, VA for help. After I’d missed the keys to the lock, I called a technician from the local hardware store.
