I have contracted Lock Safe Services thrice for my firm. They were able to give an upfront price based on the pictures of the locks we sent, which saved a lot of hassle for both parties. It seemed good, there were a large number of good reviews and I thought why not give them a try? I scheduled an appointment later that night, but had to skip due to an unexpected extension at work. Mark was so understanding! He wasn’t even irked that I’d wasted his time and hadn’t even given him a warning that I wasn’t gonna be there! Anyway, I pushed the appointment a few hours ahead and needless to say, Mark was right on time again. Thanks for putting up with me and for not imposing a penalty for my blunder! Any other locksmith firm would have demanded twice the sum for having wasted their time! Lock Safe Services is awesome and unquestionably the best in Norfolk!
