Worst custoer service ive ever experienced. I paid in full up front. And when i went to pick it up, not only was i greeted with terrible customer service. I was given a grill that was smudged and scratched. When i questioned the marks on the grill, i was given MAJOR attitude. I wanted a refund at that point. Was told all sales were final...there were never any signs up showing that all sales were final and in this state, that is required to be posted in an obvious location, if you so choose not to do refunds. They attempted to charge me an additional $10 for diamond cut, when on their companies Facebook page it shows that feature at no additonal cost. They said they would fix the smudge and scratches on the grill and have it completed that following Thursday and I did not hear from them. I go to up the mall and their kiosk is no longer there. Texted the number asking what happened. Apparently their customer service was so bad they had to shut down the business here. They offered to have it shipped I stated that i do not want it shipped to me when the first time I went to pick it up there were defects because I will not pay to have it shipped back to them if I come across another defect. She attempts to send me a picture of the grill to assure me the smudges and scartches were fixed and the quality of the picture is so shitty that you cant even see the result.
