After I’d dropped the key fob a couple of times, it had started to malfunction at times. I had to press the button four or five times before the car unlocked. I knew it was trouble, and I knew it would eventually give away. Called Parker Locksmith Store for a replacement and they sent Ed. Though I’d asked for a replacement, Ed insisted on fixing the key fob. It took him some five minutes to fix the loose wiring within. Ed could have easily replaced the key fob and made more money out of it, but he didn’t. Honest bunch of technicians in Canal Winchester, OH. Will I hire them again? Definitely!

After I got locked out of my master bedroom, I contacted nearly three firms prior to calling Parker Locksmith Store. After waiting pointlessly for around three-hours, I turned to the internet. I figured I needed a company in Canal Winchester that had good reviews and found Parker Locksmith Store. Support arrived within half an hour! I couldn’t be happier! Ron made a huge effort to unlock it without having to drill the lock – and he succeeded! Saved me money on a replacement! He also modified the lock so that I didn’t get locked out again. Fast service at affordable service! Worthy of praise! Hats off to a great team! Five stars for Parker Locksmith Store!!!!

Parker Locksmith Store is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Parker Locksmith Store’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Canal Winchester (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Parker Locksmith Store was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Parker Locksmith Store is the BEST in Canal Winchester!!! After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way. Twenty minutes later, I’d grabbed a rock and had smashed the window. It was only after that that I realized I was unable to reach the ledge. Furious with myself, I reluctantly called a locksmith I found online. To my utter disbelief, Eric from Parker Locksmith Store arrived in less than ten minutes. He opened up the lock in seconds. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. Anyway, he had all this machinery with him in his van and he had a new glass panel fitted on to my window in no time. As for the bill, it was way lower than I expected. The next time something like this happens to me, instead of doing something really stupid, calling Parker Locksmith Store would be my first port of call! Despite such short notice, they were able to send a team over to my place. I needed all the locks in the building rekeyed. Gary from Parker Locksmith Store supervised the entire work from start to finish and had the work completed sooner than I expected. The team finished the job within two hours. Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Parker Locksmith Store. Despite John from Parker Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Canal Winchester.
