Ironically, the new lock I installed to keep burglars out, ended up keeping me out instead! I forgot the access code and no matter how much I racked my brains I just couldn’t figure it out. Well, I had no intensions to sleep on the threshold and decided to call a locksmith. After pulling out a list of firms in Norfolk from the internet, I called them up one by one. A few didn’t answer the call, a few quoted a ridiculous price for it and a few had never heard of my version of the lock. What’s the point of being a locksmith if you don’t know the stuff that matters? Anyway, I struck gold when I called Lock Locksmith Tech on 757-386-4327. Lewis provided a flat rate for reprogramming the lock that seemed like a really good deal to me.

I wasn’t opposed to the idea of hiring locksmiths, it’s just that I’ve had terrible experiences with them in the past. I rather opted to do things on my own, when my lock went bust one day.. after all, how hard could it be to install a lock? But I figured out how wrong I was. After buying a lock at the hardware store and struggling to install it for nearly two hours, I gave up. Based on a friend’s suggestion, I reluctantly called Lock Locksmith Tech. Surprisingly, they managed to alter my notion. Quick, friendly, professional and affordable, I couldn’t ask for more. Wish I’d called them earlier and avoided all that hassle.
