5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Locksmith Key Shop reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in Ames within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock. James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 515-203-3804 and calling him up again.
