Got a wonderful deal from Metro Master Locksmith when I moved into a new place! There was a special discount on their website https://www.Clive.Metro-Master-Locksmith.com just for that, which knocked off a signidicant sum from the bill. I got new locks, repairs on a few doors, had a new front door installed, and other locks were rekeyed. All this, and exceptional customer service at a value-for-money price. Recommend them to all in Clive!

Somehow, the replacement key I’d got managed to break in about two weeks. The worst part was that it just didn’t break at some random place, it broke inside the lock. So now there were pieces of the key stuck in the lock which made it impossible for me to operate it with the spare I had. I called Metro Master Locksmith on 515-231-1397! They were about the only ones who were open late at night, according to my neighbor. And sure enough, a rep answered my call and assured me of sending help right away.
Within minutes, there was a locksmith at my doorstep. David was careful not to damage the lock while he extracted the broken pieces. He took one look at it and asked me if I’d got it made at a hardware shop. I did, yes, but how did he know that? Apparently, such stores use low-grade material and improper techniques to cut keys, hence, the absurdly short life. David got a new key made right there and I could definitely make out the difference in terms of quality. To my surprise, all this cost me less than what I’d paid at the store….

So, I needed a new lock. After enquiring in several stores, I finally struck a good bargain down at a hardware shop. But what came after was something I didn’t anticipate! I’ve attempted lock installations on my windows a couple of times, and was confident I could nail this one too. An hour later, as I looked down at the now-completely-ruined-lock, it was clear that I shouldn’t have been this over-confident at my abilities. I decided to call a locksmith from Metro Master Locksmith to take a look at the damage I’d done on the lock and the door. Turns out, it wasn’t entirely my fault. The lock I was sold was a completely useless one to begin with. That was 50 bucks right down the drain!
Thanks to David from Metro Master Locksmith for all the help! He installed a good quality lock on my front door within minutes!!! The price for the lock and the service fee didn’t cost me as much as it did earlier! Should have called David up on 515-231-1397 the first time, instead of wasting my time, energy and money….The BEST in Clive!
