The technician was very friendly, quick with the job and charged me a reasonable fee. Wish I’d found them sooner! I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. I received a call some ten minutes later from their locksmith apologizing for the delay and asking me to wait five minutes longer. Sure enough, he got there within five minutes and took a few more minutes to unlock the door. Seriously impressed with their fast service! I was all set for a business trip, my bags were packed, the windows were secured shut, checked the stove, double checked all the locks and finally stuffed my luggage in the car. I turned the key in the lock and after a little fumbling, I heard a snap. Of all the moments my key could have chosen to break, why did it have to be this one? It was one of those times were you’re practically on the verge of experiencing a meltdown. I was expected at my office in an hour, but here I was rendered completely helpless due to a key!
