We hired Ryan in April to complete a full deck and Patio for us. He was very responsive and came to see us several times with the best sales pitch. We signed the contract and gave a check for $40,000. After which it was hard to get in contact with him for several weeks. After meeting with him again to let him know how unhappy we were he said he was on vacation and was so sorry and said that the deck will be completed by July 4th. He has since not been in contact with us at all. The last communication was the beginning of the month to let us know that materials would come in 2 days. Again NO RESPONSE and none of the materials have showed. Ryan is COMPLETELY and UTTERLY unprofessional and lack the decency and common sense to reply to paying customers. Perhaps because I am an immigrant he believes that he can take advantage of me but he cannot. I am still awaiting a call from Ryan and will also be in contact with his supplies as well to let them know there reputation is on the line as well because they should not be dealing with someone who has such shady business practices
