Very friendly and very helpful! I’d recently purchased a DIY lock rekeying kit from a nearby store but didn’t know how to get the job done. Can you define customer service? Well, West End GA Locksmith Store just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They weren’t late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up their website https://www.WestEnd.Atlanta-GA-Locksmith-Store.com and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Seriously, these guys put customers above making a profit – and there’s no other locksmith in Atlanta, GA who would do that! Highly recommend…
