After an emergent situation a few weeks ago on a Sunday night (11:00 pm), I called the first emergency septic service that popped up. Talked to a lady who told me that a service guy would call me back. Well, he never did. Next morning I called Budget Septic and spoke with Lee. He came out that day, told me what he thought was wrong, quoted me a price and made me a priority because it was so bad. He came out the next morning, on time and fixed the problem.
