My husband and I went in because we were considering selling some old jewelry. This is when we met Michelle. She was wonderful! Even though we decided to hold on to the jewelry we could not help wandering into the showroom. The selection was amazing and the staff was first class. This was my first experience with Multi Auction Services. They were recommended to me to find a budget diamond. I called beforehand, they told me to aim for an SI-I diamond for my price ranger. I won a beautiful pendant. Delivery is quite slow, but they do mention that everywhere. The item however checks out. Quality is as described and the setting is well done.
