I bought some property from LAND HO that was transferred with Warranty deeds Now to find out. The titles are not clean and there are POA fees over due. That I was not made aware of when buying the property. These people do not make good on the deeds they transfer to you. BUYER BE WARE. There could be taxes and back fees on the properties they transfer to you. Do not buy anything with out going through title search to make sure it is clean and really yours. Other wise it could cost a whole lot more than you think
