Butch promised a professional remodel. He demonstrated complete incompetence and created a giant mess complete with damaged appliances. He also took plumbing fixtures, wire shelving, and doors that were to be re-used. Charged me tens of thousands, cost me tens of thousands to re-do what he screwed up. He also cultivated trust by claiming to be a Vietnam veteran and Navy Seal. I don't know if he ever served or set foot in Vietnam, but I did reach out to some friends in Naval Special Warfare and verified that he was NEVER a Navy Seal. You would do well to avoid this business.
