To me, all that mattered was great customer service. Having dealt with rude, angry, impatient, incompetent, and dishonest locksmiths in Oakland Park, FL in the past, I thought good customer service was a forgotten art. However, Twin Lakes FL Locksmith Store managed to alter than notion. Polite, friendly, talented and honest, they are an excellent paradigm of how service should be provided. After I dealt with the legal hassle of evicting the tenants from the property, I knew something much worse lay await. Finding a reliable locksmith in Oakland Park, FL was quite a challenge, and though I’d made an appointment a week earlier with a firm I found online, they cancelled on me. Thankfully, I found Twin Lakes FL Locksmith Store and these guys made it all so easy on me. Arrived within twenty minutes of calling and rekeyed all the locks within an hour. The bill was surprisingly low and nearly half of what the other locksmith had quoted. Thanks a lot for all the help and the great prices! Can’t recommend them enough! Excellent work guys. Hats off to Dave and his team! A job that would generally take 2-3 hours was completed within an hour. The new locks are perfect. And thank you Twin Lakes FL Locksmith Store for giving me a special discount because I was a new customer. The prices were low to begin with and the discount was only a plus.
