I do not recommend Q Plus Appliance. Man showed up in plain unmarked car. No signage. No official identification. No uniform. Unprofessional. We called because our dryer had no power. He refused to accept Home Warranty staff's notice that our dryer was covered. He diagnosed our issue as the dryer having no power. DUH!!! THATS WHY WE CALLED. He was rude and unprofessional. He want $55 to diagnose that the dryer had no power. That's why I called. I ordered him off my property. He was unqualified and unprofessional. He had me sign invoice and then he added a bunch of additional comments after I signed. His English was poor and his communication was really terrible.
