It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 651-432-4989. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock.
