Eric is the best!!! He worked his magic and got the dead smart lock working again… I expected him to charge me a bomb for calling him up after business hours, but surprisingly he didn’t! I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Safe Key Shop, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt! After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices! Number 1 in Mercer Island! I’m giving them a 10/10!

Safe Key Shop is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Safe Key Shop’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Mercer Island (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Safe Key Shop was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Safe Key Shop is the BEST in Mercer Island!!! I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Safe Key Shop. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! I would highly recommend them to all in Mercer Island, WA. Cheap, honest and quality work! FIVE STARS!!

Incredible work!!! If you need a locksmith in Mercer Island, trust me, Safe Key Shop is your best bet. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service! Gave Safe Key Shop a call because I had a cranky ignition switch in my Prius. The dispatcher had a few questions about the car after which he sent a technician to my place within twenty minutes. Safe Key Shop is just AMAZING! I can’t thank these guys enough. Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Mercer Island. However, Gary from Safe Key Shop was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. Safe Key Shop rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway. It was dark and when I heard a thud, I thought I’d hit something, and stepped out to check. Turns out, it was only a rock. Relieved, I turned to my vehicle and fumbled for the keys in my pocket. Easily 5 stars! The keys were stolen which meant that I needed to get my locks rekeyed right away. Most firms I called in Mercer Island, WA offered a reasonable price, but didn’t fix a proper time and instead offered 2 hour or 4 hour windows, which meant that I had to take a day off from work. I didn’t want that! So, I called Safe Key Shop up and enquired. The dispatcher informs me that they don’t do windows and could work at any time I want! That’s just what I needed! Joe showed up in another half an hour and finished the job in quick time. Good price offered by Safe Key Shop - it was lower than most.
