I had an urgent meeting to attend in the next one hour. But it was one of those days that had bad luck written all over it. First, I spent nearly 5 minutes trying to get my door to lock. The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Master Locksmith Store to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly.
