After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. It seemed good, there were a large number of good reviews and I thought why not give them a try? I scheduled an appointment later that night, but had to skip due to an unexpected extension at work. Mark was so understanding! He wasn’t even irked that I’d wasted his time and hadn’t even given him a warning that I wasn’t gonna be there!
