I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! There wasn’t any public transportation available at that hour, and I didn’t have enough money to pay up a towing service either. They quoted a surprisingly low price over the phone (there’s another surprise - I didn’t think anyone offered upfront pricing these days). Within 20 minutes of calling them on 215-383-0189, they’d sent a technician to my location. Jack removed the broken key from the front door lock quickly and he did it without causing any damage to the lock. He even had this complete workshop in his van out of which he made me an extra set of keys in less than ten minutes. It was a pleasant experience working with Community Locksmith Store. Community Locksmith Store is absolutely the best! This is the second time I’ve worked with them and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution.
