BEWARE!!! This is the worst rental Company I have ever rented from. They only have an automated system and you can never get any issues resolved because they give you the run around about which departmentyou need to speak to. I have been a resident for 3 years and each year they increased my rent by 100.00. They charge 100.00 late fees for $10.00 unpaid renters insurance fees even though I was enrolled in automatic payments the entire time and I also have had my own renter insurance the entire time.They never sent any emails or letters to my home about any unpaid balances until I put in my notice to vacate by then the unpaid balance due was over 1,000 due to THEIR errors and refuse to correct the situation. Now they have a balance due of 6,700!! How is this possible I have NEVER been late or missed a payment and gave proper notice to vacate. As a previous property manager myself I know this is not how you do business!!! Speakin to a manager or regional is impossible. I will take legal action if this not properly and quickly taken care of.
