I'm not the type to review a company, product or post on the web. BUT I am today. It is my 10 year anniversary at theITSupportCenter and I feel bad that I haven't shared my good fortune. I'm so glad I switched careers and joined this company. I made lifelong friends, met my husband and joined a top quality company that fully respects its Customers and Employees. My manager (for 10 years), has risen in the company and brought me with him, has shown me that theITSupportCenter's values align with mine and together it has been a great ride. I look forward to 10 more years. If you are considering joining or becoming a Customer my personal opinion is very positive.

After 5 years here I can give a very comprehensive review (1) Great Company to join (2) Management is completely focused on Employees & Customers almost 24 by 7 - I've never seen anything like that before in my 15 year working career (3) Ethics, Support and Teamwork is what drives this company (4) Leader in the Tech Support space - for sure, just look at the growth. That is my four part review. Yep, pretty obvious I'm a fan of the company but I'm also completely honest. No company is perfect and I can't say I've agreed with every new policy or hiring decision I've seen here. But what in life is perfect - that said, theITSupportCenter is the best company I've worked for and I recommended it to my two best friends that joined this year. Hopefully that tells you my opinion.

Been here 8 years and hope to be here another 10 years. GREAT company that has more than doubled since I joined and Customers love what I sell. No complaints by me.
