Absolutely horrible service. Tom lied to us. He took our money and delivered a broken product. He does not warranty what he sells.…

Absolutely horrible service. Tom lied to us. He took our money and delivered a broken product. He does not warranty what he sells. He won't answer his phone and you have to call him only for tech support. Tom Dundas doesn't respond to texts, emails, or phone calls. STAY AWAY THEY DO NOT SUPPORT WHAT THEY SELL. I BOUGHT A SFX 1390 180W LASER. I RECEIVED A 150W LASER. I AM NOW WAITING FOR MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GO AFTER THEM FOR FRAUD. All you had to do Tom Dundas was answer the phone, email, or text. DO not buy from this company BUYER BEWARE
