*ALERT* On August 12, 2019, we hired Jim Pearson for a very big, time-lined plumbing job in our new, not yet opened, salon. According to Jim, it would take about a week to complete the job. The payment agreement was 1/2 up front, another payment at rough inspection and the final payment at final inspection. Along the way, he relayed to my husband that he spoke to the plumbing inspector and confirmed that he could continue working without the rough inspection at that point. He then asked for the second payment. We believed him and complied and paid him his second payment. Then the chasing down of Jim Pearson set in. He collected two payments before ever pulling a permit. At rough inspection, everything failed and all Jim Pearson's "work" now has to be ripped out and redone. All the pipes were improperly pitched pipes, missing venting, missing so many other things. He did sloppy and senseless work. This is six weeks later. SIX WEEKS. I have no plumbing, no money, and no business to open. I truly question Jim Pearson's stability. He is a pathological liar. At this point, the city inspector is guiding us in our next steps to take action against his plumbing license, and I now am taking him to court for recompense. DO NOT LET THIS MAN IN YOUR HOUSE. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST.
