The technician who arrived, Johnson I think, was very courteous and completed the job very quickly. When the bill was handed out, I was in for a huge surprise. Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Capitol Locksmith Service salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys!
