Needed new keys to hand out to the maid and called Safe Key Store up! The dispatcher was ever so polite, asked a couple of questions and gave me price over the phone! That was great! After the job was done, a part of me felt that they were probably gonna add up absurd charges to the price they quoted over phone, but surprisingly, they didn’t! I wasn’t charged a penny more, despite the fact that I’d called them up way after regular business hours…. And that’s why, their number 518-254-6295 is going down on my contacts! Five stars for their service! Keep up the good work guys!!!

After the job was done, a part of me felt that they were probably gonna add up absurd charges to the price they quoted over phone, but surprisingly, they didn’t! If I didn’t know any better, I believe David and his team from Safe Key Store are the best in the whole of Albany!!! How do I know that? Because I’ve tried just about every other locksmith in the area and I’ve never found a locksmith that’s as polite, honest, friendly and skilled as David. The flat rates, super efficient service, and punctuality are enough reasons to choose Safe Key Store time and again. I’ve called them in around seven times, and have been bowled over by their professionalism every single time. Are they the BEST in Albany? Definitely!

As I was driving back home, I got a call, pulled over to answer it and stepped out to speak. It was then that I realized that I hadn't taken the keys with me and was now locked out of my car. I was in the middle of nowhere and frantically called my boyfriend who handed out a locksmith's number to me. I called 518-254-6295 and told the technician where I was. I don't know how he found me so quickly! Within the next few minutes, Dave opened my lock, without causing any damage to my car and also made sure that my car didn’t lock automatically in the future. Thank you Safe Key Store! You guys are awesome!! If you happen to live in Albany, there's no one better than Safe Key Store!!!

When my locks started acting up, I hired a guy from the hardware shop down the street. He messed with the locks for a while and to me, one thing was clear, the guy had absolutely no idea what he was doing. Sure enough, I did a little probing and found that he had zero experience. I couldn’t believe I’d let an amateur fool around and waste my time! Wish I’d just called Safe Key Store in the first place. Phenomenal services. And all the technicians have great practical experience! It took Mark minutes to fix the damage done by the other guy and get my lock working without a hitch!
