What’s my take on City Locksmith Shop? They’re really good! And when I say good, it’s in terms of quality, response time, pricing, equipment, products offered, and everything else!!! I don’t think there’s any other firm in Saint Charles that could compete with it! I’ve stuck to them for 4 long years, and trust me when I say this, be it assistance with a lockout or help with setting up a new lock, City Locksmith Shop can handle it with complete professionalism! Don’t get ripped off by other locksmiths, call them up on 636-232-0241 and try their service out yourself before you judge!!!

Services didn’t come off as expensive as some of the other locksmiths in Saint Charles. In fact, I only paid up half of what others would have charged me for a lock and handleset installation. Smith was extremely polite, and clearly explained the various options before I made my pick. I won’t have to think twice before calling Smith and the other locksmiths from City Locksmith Shop. They’re simply amazing and are no doubt the best in the entire Saint Charles area.

I was locked out of my condo and didn’t have a spare key. I was already freaking out, add to that a bad phone connection and what you get is the perfect recipe for a mini-meltdown! Being unable to voice out my concerns to David via phone, we resorted to texting. Huge thanks to David from City Locksmith Shop for being so supportive and understanding! He helped me get back in within five minutes.
