Their website https://www.WestDesMoines.Golden-Locksmith-Services.com claimed that they offer quick service – what I didn’t expect is that they’d be this quick!!! I had buzzed in with a request for spare keys. A mobile van stopped in front of my place in the next 15 minutes, and I watched Gary as he worked from his van and made the keys for me. Wish all the other locksmiths in West Des Moines, IA 50266 were as efficient, quick and skilled as Gary. Will definitely hire technicians from Golden Locksmith Services again! FIVE STARS!!!

Can’t imagine what’s worse, a locksmith who can’t do his job or a locksmith that charges heavily for a job that’s poorly done! After countless bad experiences, I’d almost given up and had arrived at a conclusion that there was no such thing as ‘great’ locksmith services. But the guys at Golden Locksmith Services managed to completely reform my notion! Dave was beyond great – polite, friendly and extremely talented, he managed to resolve my query within minutes and charged me next to nothing for it. I’ve since availed their services around three times, and have found them to be extremely competent at their job. I even got a heavy discount the last time I called them in for rekeying my locks after picking up a coupon on their site http://www.WestDesMoines.Golden-Locksmith-Services.com. Great deals, excellent services, and lowest prices – I couldn’t ask for more! The BEST in West Des Moines, no doubt!

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Golden Locksmith Services was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Golden Locksmith Services!!! Keep up the great work in West Des Moines! Five stars all around!!!
