Phenomenal on every count! All the positive reviews they have are completely true - Lock Safe Services truly exceeds customer expectations and goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. Hired them last weekend to fix a problematic lock at my door. Arrived at my doorstep in less than 15 minutes and fixed the lock in no time. He even checked the door, identified an issue with the door hinge and fixed it for free. No doubt, will hire them again if I need a locksmith in Buffalo! Good job! FIVE STARS!

Being quite obsessed with the way my new home looked, I wanted the locks to blend in with the rest of the components and not stick out like a sore thumb like the existing ones did. Late afternoon, when the hunger pangs started I simply had to abandon my road trip and step out to grab a bite. A large burger and soda later, I returned to my car to see my car keys resting peacefully on the back seat. I didn’t have the spare on me, and I didn't have a clue as to where I was. It was one of those moments where you can do nothing but curse your luck. The folks at the motel suggested that I ring up Lock Safe Services for help. To my utter disbelief, a technician reached my location promptly based on the vague hints I'd given when asked for location. It took him even less time to get my car opened up and retrieve my keys.
