Trust me when I say this, Expert Locksmith Shop is truly the best locksmith company in Venice! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Expert Locksmith Shop’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity. Expert Locksmith Shop is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Expert Locksmith Shop’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Venice (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Expert Locksmith Shop was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later.
