Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Exclusive Locksmith Service after finding their number on http://www.Manchester.Exclusive-Locksmith-Service.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Exclusive Locksmith Service! You’re amazing Edward! Hoping against hope, I called them up and received an immediate response. It was surprising, considering the fact that I was making the call after midnight. Within 20 minutes, Johnson had arrived, apologized for the extended wait and used some tool he took out of his van to get the pieces out. Apart from not charging me a dime extra for the late night service, Johnson even made me a new key for free. Can it get any better than this?? I don’t think so!
