Aqua Locksmith Store is just AMAZING! I can’t thank these guys enough. Someone stole my home keys and that got me really upset. The worst part was not receiving any support from the locksmiths in Albany. However, Gary from Aqua Locksmith Store was so understanding! Not only did he arrive at my place quickly but he also listened intently to me rambling on and on about how the keys had been stolen. He cheered me up, reassured me that no one was going to misuse those keys and rekeyed the locks. Worth more than FIVE stars.. I highly recommend!

I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Aqua Locksmith Store. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! I would highly recommend them to all in Albany, NY. Cheap, honest and quality work! FIVE STARS!!

Most firms I called in Albany, NY offered a reasonable price, but didn’t fix a proper time and instead offered 2 hour or 4 hour windows, which meant that I had to take a day off from work. I didn’t want that! So, I called Aqua Locksmith Store up and enquired. The dispatcher informs me that they don’t do windows and could work at any time I want! That’s just what I needed! Joe showed up in another half an hour and finished the job in quick time. Good price offered by Aqua Locksmith Store - it was lower than most. I couldn’t believe I’d let an amateur fool around and waste my time! Wish I’d just called Aqua Locksmith Store in the first place. Phenomenal services. And all the technicians have great practical experience! It took Mark minutes to fix the damage done by the other guy and get my lock working without a hitch! Will I call them again? DEFINITELY!!!
