Ordered a set of keys from the hardware store for cheap, and found one of them broken in less than 3 weeks. I decided not to use them anymore and called Expert Locksmith Shop for assistance. Though I was okay with taking my key to their workshop in Las Vegas, these guys told me they’ll come to my place instead. Sure enough, they arrived barely twenty minutes later and got the keys made. When I put the key made by them and that made by the hardware store, I could notice the stark difference between the two. High quality on-location service at low prices – I couldn’t ask for more. FIVE STARS!

There’s a lesson or two the other locksmiths in Las Vegas ought to learn from Expert Locksmith Shop: Timeliness, integrity, commitment are just a few things that these guys have shown! Not once have they missed an appointment or done a botched up job. And this comes from someone who’s called them up nearly ten times till date! They’re the best in Las Vegas. How do I know? I’ve tried other locksmiths, have had terrible experiences and when I’ve got the best, why would I even consider the rest? Highly-recommend them, especially for emergencies, because that’s when their timeliness and commitment really shines through! Flat rates! 5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Expert Locksmith Shop reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in Las Vegas within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock. James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 702-477-7739 and calling him up again.
