If I had to sum up my experience with Top Locksmith Services in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Top Locksmith Services on 816-318-7304 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! The property was changing hands the following morning, and I’d completely forgotten about rekeying the locks. Despite the short notice, they arrived onsite within 20 minutes with all the parts and tools needed. 2 hours later, they got the job done and the new keys made.
