Carried away by the advertising, I purchased a digital lock. Barely a month after installation, it started malfunctioning. I wasn’t willing to throw it away having spent over 200 bucks over it. So, I looked on the web for solutions and landed up on https://www.NewOrleans.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. They offered lock repair solutions and it was exactly what I needed. David from Neighborhood Locksmith Store managed to fix the lock in a trice but advised me against using it for long, since it was a poorly-made duplicate of the original. I’m planning on getting the real one installed sometime around next month. And guess who I’m calling? Neighborhood Locksmith Store of course! They’ve got no competition in New Orleans, LA…

I couldn’t afford any more delays. I’d already waited 3 hours for a technician to arrive and get the spare keys made. I decided to cancel out on the firm I’d hired and called Neighborhood Locksmith Store instead. From the point of placing my call to using the newly crafted keys, it took less than an hour! Believe it or not, that’s how fast these guys were!!!! Wish I hadn’t wasted so many hours on the other firm that claimed to provide ‘Fast’ service! From now on, if I ever need a locksmith in New Orleans, I’ll call Neighborhood Locksmith Store! I recommend you should too! They’re number one!

Talk about quick and responsive service - Neighborhood Locksmith Store is the best! Thomas got there right on time! Maintained a great communication via phone during the day of the appointment. Once he got there, it only took him 15 minutes to rekey the lock. He’s a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing. He was extremely helpful and even patiently answered the million questions I bombarded him with (unnecessary questions, of course) pertaining to rekeying. I got it all done at an excellent price. If you have any lock and key issues in New Orleans and surrounding localities, Thomas is your man! You won’t regret it! They’re number 1!
