A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. All my windows were locked and I didn’t fancy the idea of breaking into my own home. I had the phone but had no idea whom to call for help. Having exhausted all the options, I reluctantly knocked on my neighbor’s door for help. Thankfully, John was understanding and called up some locksmith he knew. I thought it was gonna take forever, but it didn’t! Within ten minutes, the technician had arrived and helped me gain access into my home. I’m not sure if I should be more thankful to John for getting help or to the locksmith who’d come from Safe Key Shop.
