Though I had no prior appointment, it wasn’t an issue with Safe Key Shop. They sent a team to my location in less than twenty minutes. There was an inspection the next day from the insurance company, and I really needed to ensure all the locks were in perfect condition so that I could avail a discount on the premium. Danny and his team were thorough with their job. As for the inspection? Aced it!

I had an appointment at 8 pm with Safe Key Shop for lock installation on my mailbox. A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? I was once stuck outside in stormy weather waiting for a locksmith to arrive for hours and I didn’t get as much as an apology from the local company I’d hired then. To me, this is perhaps the best customer service I’ve ever received! Needless to say, the technician got there precisely at 8:05pm and set up the new locks in no time. I just dropped them a huge thank you email and am writing this review post that!

I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut! I did what I believed was the most logical thing to do at such times – I picked up a heavy rock and started hammering away. My neighbor saw what I was doing and stopped me from destroying the lock. He suggested that I call Safe Key Shop instead who can get it fixed. After a quick search, I found their contact info on their site http://www.Ames.Safe-Key-Shop.com and gave them a call. It barely took them fifteen minutes to reach the location. Despite all the damage I’d done, John was able to fix it up in no time. Had it not been for Safe Key Shop, I’d have probably paid for an expensive replacement and repairs! Thank you guys for helping me out! You’re No:1 in Ames!
