Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Neighborhood Locksmith Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! The lock on my door was a special decorative one and the locksmith I had originally purchased it from went out of business a year ago. It was dilapidated now and I needed a new one exactly like it, as it blended seamlessly with the rest of the home décor. I doubted if anyone would have a replica to it, but I was determined to ask around. I asked in a couple of places but none of them seemed to have it. I then contacted this firm through their website https://www.OrangePark.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and within minutes I was requested to send a picture of the lock. Gary, the technician handling my request, told me they didn’t have it but asked me to wait 24 hours. Sure enough, the next day, he arrived at my premises with the lock I wanted. Thank you so much for going the lengths to procure the lock I needed! The level of dedication shown by Neighborhood Locksmith Store is truly commendable. I’m definitely hiring them again! Highly recommend to all in Orange Park!!!

Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Edward was excellent! I was locked out of my home and called up Neighborhood Locksmith Store after finding their number on http://www.OrangePark.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Neighborhood Locksmith Store! You’re amazing Edward! And although I wasn’t planning on it, after a point I just had to get out and stretch my legs. A gust of wind blew the door shut and I was left locked out of my own car. There was no one in sight, which actually upped the fear quotient to a point where panic had set in. Clueless, I called up dad for help, hoping he’d have a solution to this. Twenty minutes later, as a van pulled up beside me, I couldn’t help but heave a sigh of relief. David and the other guys from Neighborhood Locksmith Store had been my dad’s choice for locksmith service for years – and it was obvious that he’d sent them. What I didn’t know was that they offered such excellent 24-hour emergency services at low rates! Their website https://www.OrangePark.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com had mentioned that they offered 24 hour services at no extra charges and true to their word, I was charged only for the keys and wasn’t billed for the hour I’d requested service in ( which was 11:30 pm).
